Senior Quantity Surveyor

A confident and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, is now required to join an established Cost Consultancy in Northampton.

Based 10 minutes from the town centre, with ideal access to the M1, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor would need to provide evidence of recent project experience within the Health, Residential, Leisure, Education and Commercial sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on a myriad of sectors, supporting on refurbishments, extensions, new builds and restoration.

Due to recent projects being awarded to them, this company are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to drive them forward and take on responsibilties to ensure client satisfaction.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 10 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS preferred
• On APC route at least
• Mixed sector experience
• Pre & Post contract duties
• Client facing
