Ratings Surveyor

An innovative and reliable UK consultancy that provides high quality service across a range of disciplines within the Built Environment is looking for a highly focused and experienced Rating Surveyor to join their dynamic London based team.

The Ratings Surveyor will utilise the firms extensive database of comparable evidence, case law and statute in helping minimising clients liabilities and assessments to help them obtain significant year on year savings.

The Successful Ratings Surveyor?

  • MRICS qualified
  • Strong technical and analytical capability.
  • Work experience from a top advisory firm.
  • Results driven, and flexibility to move between tasks fluidly.
  • Strong face to face client skills.
  • Report and supply property information to financial institutions.
