Reporting to the Head of Service for Construction and Major Projects, your role will be to manage the Council’s commercial interests across the Major and Capital Programme. This will include assisting in controlling budgets and managing programmes of work, providing a high level of strategic commercial QS and construction advice. You will work collaboratively with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams across all major capital development schemes.

This role would suit somebody with a strong Commercial Management background including experience at Project QS level.

The contractual work location for this role is listed above however you may be required to work from a range of work locations or sites within the Borough and may also be required to work from home, depending on the needs of the service.
