Electrical Project Manager

A permanent post for an electrical project manager with a contractor in the North West.

Your new company
A North Manchester based construction company who provide electrical installation and maintenance services for a wide range of blue chip clients across the UK. Their main workload is within telecommunications and electrical vehicle (EV) charging points. They are looking for an Electrical Services Manager who will be responsible for the planning and delivery of their projects.

Your new role
You will mainly be office based overseeing multiple 'quick turn around' projects at a time. Projects will be a mixture of maintenance and install of electrical services (mainly telecoms and EV charging) .You will be client facing and be responsible for projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects of pricing/estimating jobs, procurement of materials, delegating work to electricians / engineers, planning / creating schedules, healthy & safety, creating O&M manuals and final handover to the client.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• 18th Edition wiring regs
• Experience managing multiple 'fast paced' electrical projects at a time
• Experience managing electricians / on site engineers
• Good knowledge of health & safety
• Estimating / Procurement experience

What you'll get in return

• £40,000 - 45,000 salary
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
