As a Design Manager you will take the lead on projects predominantly within the High End Residential sector. Reporting into the Head of Design you will manage the design team on schemes ranging from £1-60m across London and the South East.

The company are an SME contractor who have an excellent history in delivering design led, landmark schemes and due to some excellent new project wins are looking to expand their design team.

Description

• Reporting into the Head of Design you will take the lead on a range of projects in the Prime Residential sector.
• You will manage the consultant Design Team ensuring the client brief is delivered to an exceptional standard.
• You will be client facing, to report on progress and ensure any issues or amendments are carried out to a high standard.
• Oversee the design & technical coordination through detailed design and on site to ensure a timely delivery to handover.
• When necessary you will be involved on the early stages of projects in tendering and consultant appointments.

Profile

• High end or prime residential experience would be advantageous.
• Ideally you will have experience with a contractor in a Design Coordination role.
• Architects or Technicians will be considered as long as you have delivery experience.
• You will be ambitious and keen to grow with the company.

Job Offer
