Interim Estates Surveyor - Council - 6 Months – South West - £350 per day

My Local Authority Client based in the South West is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend depending on future workloads. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office on a part time basis once it is safe to do so.

Skills/Requirements:

-Carry out day to day Estates Management work including rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, new lettings, valuations and sales work.

-The Council is also looking for a Surveyor who has extensive acquisiton and disposals experience as you will be working on the Councils current and future large investment portfolio. 

-They are ideally looking for a chartered surveyor with Council experience but if you are a chartered surveyor from the private background then they would be interested to know about your situation.
