The Company
Joshua Robert Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a national, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, to be based from their office in Oxfordshire. The business are now seeking a Senior/ Associate Valuation Surveyor to join their growing office, focusing on rural, residential and commercial valuations.
The Role
As an experienced Valuation Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing a variety of consultancy services for a range of clients including landowners, farmers and corporate bodies across Oxfordshire.
This will include agricultural, residential and commercial valuations for purposes including loan security, taxation, portfolio analysis, and private acquisitions/disposals.
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will be a Chartered Surveyor from either a rural, residential or commercial background. Either RICS and/ or CAAV qualifications are desirable.
