Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Project Surveyor level to join a large firm of consultants in central London.

You will work as a Project Surveyor.

This is an exciting role on a high value regeneration project in London working closely with an international client.

THE COMPANY

My client is a large firm of construction consultants with offices across the UK and overseas.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Quantity Surveyor who has become MRICS qualified and who can work as a Project Surveyor.

You will have gained around two years PQE.

You should have been working for another firm of construction consultants and have a stable work record.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma or similar ideally in Quantity Surveying and you will be MRICS qualified.

You should have excellent client facing skills and be keen to work as part of a dynamic team.

Ideally you will have experience of large construction projects but you may also have gained some experience of associated infrastructure.

You will need to have good experience in the use of the JCT Design & Build contract.

Salary will be from negotiable according to experience plus pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, professional fees.
