Due to significant expansion in the UK, they are now looking to appoint motivated individuals who want to be a part of the exciting journey ahead.

The Role

The company are looking for a Project Manager who has a successful track record with delivering High rise Residential Projects. You will use your skills in stakeholder management, budget control and managing a labour force. The client is looking for a skilled individual who can deliver projects to a very high standard. Previous experience within Build Construction is preferred. The ability to manage multiple teams would be beneficial for this position

The Reward

This is a contract position to work on a very exciting Residential High Rise property in Manchester. The company is growing its Project Portfolio. The day rate is very competitive within the market and the client has kept it open dependent on previous Project experience.
