Your new role
A Senior Position with responsibilities to manage half of the Leasing Team across the Country, allowing the Letting Managers to concentrate on higher value transactions and churn and Assistant Letting Managers to concentrate on lower value transactions by taking direct responsibility for complex transactions and larger schemes which are developed via the Investment team.
You will be responsible for managing the team through setting targets and having overview of projects, and building corporate relationships through Business Development.
Your day to day responsibilities will involve marketing strategies, portfolio analysis, data reporting, investment projects, and working with Property & Asset Managers to review Termination Notices and Dilapidations Claims. You will also be involved in High Profile and Complex Projects including Redevelopment Opportunities for the company.
What you'll need to succeed
The individual must have a strong track record of transactional activity, understanding complex deals, financial implications, whilst being able to look at the bigger picture. Strong interpersonal and management skills are a necessity. Experience within the property industry is essential and RICS qualification is a strong advantage.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will earn between £70,000 and £80,000 + benefits.
