Winchester City Council services 250 square miles of central Hampshire, covering a diverse mix of historic towns and villages and beautiful rural countryside.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated graduate in a surveying or construction discipline to join our friendly yet busy office.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator with an ability to organise and prioritise their workload together with experience of the working environment, ideally in an office setting. They may have gained RICS or CABE membership, or will be looking to progress with professional qualifications. Knowledge or experience of the Building Regulations and The Building Act 1984 would be an advantage.
