Job Details
Our Client: Growing specialist engineering and surveying consultancy. Projects: Commercial, Utilities, Education, Heritage, Infrastructure, Retail and Leisure. Company Headcount: 60 - 100 Role of the Project Manager: support an expanding portfolio of Construction Management projects. has a background in building projects either from a Contractor or Consultancy background. Undertake the construction and fitout of specialist office and laboratory spaces. The Project Manager: Commercial and Project Management experience are essential. MRICS, MCIOB qualified of close to qualification. You will be responsible for a multi-million pound fit out reporting to the Project Director and supporting Site Managers. You will be in a client facing role and be responsible for budget controls and reporting.
