Job title: Graduate Building Surveyor
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join an established multi-discipline practice in London’s West End.
My client is a dynamic organisation who has a reputable reputation in the construction industry. They are a multi-sector firm who predominately works across the commercial, residential and industrial divisions.
An opening in the building consultancy team has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join the team. We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor who has a minimum of 12 months private practice experience. Ideally, you would have been exposed to contract administration, party wall matters, inspections and report writing.
You will be joining a close-knit team of professional surveyors who take great pride in their work and pay close attention to detail. The role is to support a Senior Surveyor who is also an experienced APC assessor. You will be offered full support throughout your APC process in order to achieve full Chartership status.
Clients: developers, investors, blue-chip corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals.

About the Graduate Building Surveyor:
- BSc in Building Surveying
- Minimum 12 months private practice experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive ‘can do attitude’
