Senior Building Surveyor / AD (Thames Valley)

Senior Building Surveyor MRICS (up to Associate Director), Building Surveying; We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior to Associate Director level to cover our clients Thames Valley patch. Our client is a leading national property consultancy operating across a variety of sectors. The team specialises across Building Surveying in Project Management, Professional work (dilapidations, building surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall awards), Technical Due Diligence / Monitoring and contract administration. The role will be mainly remote with a choice of office locations to operate from. There has been a high demand in instructions. The role will sit within the Building Consultancy team undertaking a variety of core building surveying disciplines. You will be client facing with a solid background in commercial building surveying.

Main tasks:

• Work in a full autonomous capacity in the Building Consultancy team.
• To contribute towards departmental financial performance targets.
• To liaise (where appropriate) with other departments and divisions.
• To represent the client and the full range of property related services available to clients.
