Location of Role - Warwick/West Midlands

Salary - Package by negotiation – guide £40,000 - £60,000 pa plus benefits

Setting the Scene

Well established firm of Chartered Surveyors offering a broad range of property advice to Commercial, Residential and Rural clients.

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Surveyor to manage and deliver all aspects of commercial investment portfolios for retained clients with good market knowledge and negotiating skills who can work in an efficient manner.  Good communicator is essential.

A Chartered Surveyor who can grow and develop the business and who has agency/valuation skills with the ability to add value to our services.
