Carriera is recruiting for a top 20, multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy serving all market sectors across the UK and around the world. They deliver a number of services including project management, building surveying, cost management, architecture and civil engineering.

About the role

This role will see you working alongside the lead partner and head of project management, as well as the other junior members of the team. From day one you will be working on a number of challenging yet enjoyable projects within student accommodation, higher education and residential.

About you

You will have a construction or property related degree and ideally be MRICS or working towards it however this is not essential. You must have prior experience leading projects from inception through to completion, circa £5+ million, or at the very least have a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle and be able to work with a slight level of autonomy.

You must also need to have excellent communication skills, high quality oral and written communication and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. It is desirable that you have some education / higher education experience.
