Job Details
A continuously growing private Cost Consultancy, with several offices across the UK, are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced Leeds team.
Based a short walk from Park Square, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an extremely forward-thinking and supportive Consultancy.
The Company
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation with over 60 years experience, with a combination of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, this dedicated consultancy provide a strong set of services.
With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working within Health, High End Residential and Commercial projects.
This highly regarded consultancy have recently won an award, highlighting their dedication with providing high quality services.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 8 years Quantity Surveying work experience, including;
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS
- Clear understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
- Client facing
- Eagerness to build relationships
- Broad range of sector experience
