An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Senior / Associate Planner to join a leading independent planning consultancy in Leeds. The successful candidate will be part a hugely successful team who have a strong reputation in the market and a very impressive client base. They operate on a meritocratic basis and are in the process of implementing a weekly split of home and office working.

This firm cover the full spectrum of planning work but are particularly strong in residential, mixed-use, commercial and retail. They deal with a good number of reputable housebuilders, developers (resi and commercial), retailers, private landowners and land promoters across the Yorkshire/Humberside, Midlands and North East area.

The successful candidate will be MRTPI with private-sector experience and will enjoy working in a less corporate, independently run working environment. This firm do not micro-manage, they work on a trust basis and pride themselves on being a friendly, supportive and approachable team.

Your project experience will ideally be varied and you will be able to hit the ground running. There are existing projects to get stuck into straight away and clients for you to develop. It is a bonus if you are able to bring clients with you.

You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and a generous bonus scheme that is related to individual performance (with realistic targets).
