Job Details
Our client is an independent practice of Chartered Surveyors and Residential Valuers. Due to expansion they are recruiting three F/ MRICS or AssocRICS Surveyors to complement their team for the below geographical regions / patches:
- Central London
- Kent
- Brighton / South East Coast
The Person:
- F/MRICS or AssocRICS
- VRS preferable, but not essential (training offered)
- Expect to carry out a range of Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys
- Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
- Expect a bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, it would suit those looking to break into the residential sector who need support to obtain VRS status.
*Those with a strong Building Pathology background are strongly encouraged to apply*
Basic salary region of £48,000 / £50,000
London basic salary region of £55,000 / £60,000
