RESPONSIBILITIES of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

• Pre and Post contract services
• Attend site meetings
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Management responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyors
• Produce documents to tender
• Contract Administration
• Valuations
• Cost plans
• Cost Management

REQUIREMENTS of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:

• MRICS
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Experience working in a consultancy construction environment
• Experience working within in the healthcare sector (desirable but not essential)
• Experienced in both pre and post contract work
• Excellent client facing abilities
• Tenacious attitude, with a desire to succeed and progress in their career
