Chartered Building Surveyor - Midlands - Excellent Salary & Benefits

I'm currently working with one of London's leading Building and Project Management consultancies who are looking to add a Chartered Building Surveyor to their team. You will be joining on of the fastest growing and successful teams of its kind in the South of England.

Whilst you would be part of the London team, you would be working on Midlands based projects and only be expected to be in the London Office (post Covid!) as an when required. This could suit a Chartered Building Surveyor from Northants/Milton Keynes area, as far East as Cambridge, or as far West as Coventry/Birmingham Worcester area.

Ideally you will be 2 yr PQE+ and have experience working on Industrial and Commercial projects. Whilst an all-round Building Surveying Skill set will be required, there would be an element of Dilaps work. There will be a certain level of autonomy but you will also always have the support of the very experienced wider team if and when required.
