Building Manager / Property Manager - Trophy Asset - London

We are proudly collaborating with a global, award winning property business, seeking to hire a Building Manager for a prestigious media client, taking responsibility for a flagship, trophy asset in the City of London over 175,000 square feet. 

Your role will see to reporting into the Area Manager with one direct report into you as you take full responsibility for management of the building, delivering first class facilities management services across both hard and soft services for a high profile client.

Your duties will include dealing with management of landlord and tenant processes, conducting inspections, dealing with contractors, maintenance, health and safety,  and budgeting amongst other duties.

The successful applicant with have at least 3 years’ worth of experience in a similar position working on a trophy asset and be a confident commutator who is able to lead from the front. You should also have completed IOSH or NEBOSH on the health and safety side. Service charge experience is essential.
