Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a trusted advisor to many, delivering project management and building consultancy services, across the commercial, retail, hotel, and high-end residential space.

The business has exceeded expectations and financial targets year on year and is now looking to appoint a chartered building surveyor to support the increase within the demand for their services.

The business are less than two dozen, with a collaborative structure that sees partners  actively involved and working closely with the team, encouraging togetherness and a great sense of cooperation within the workplace.

The role will be project-bias and will include dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, TDD. The culture will be working to the highest of standards within a flexible working environment, ensuring that you are continuously raising the bar when it comes to delivery and providing professional advice. Clients range from developers, funds, major banks, landed estates, institutional investors and private clients.

The person we are looking for will be MRICS, have a relevant RICS accredited degree in building surveying with proven knowledge and experience in delivering project and professional duties. You will be introduced to their clients and will be expected to nurture and develop these relationships. It is imperative that you have the drive, passion, and confidence with your approach and decision makings.
