Location: London, West End

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a commercial property consultancy based in London’s West End.

My client is one of the UK’s leading practices they have multiple offices located across the country. The organisation predominately operates within the commercial, industrial and office sectors. Due to an increase in workload and planned growth plans the building consultancy division is looking to expand.

We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor with a minimum of 12 months private practice experience. You will support the Director in the team who will also be your APC councillor. There is a healthy variety of work across the building surveying discipline. You will lead projects through from inception to completion, with a value of up to £4million.

Clients: financial institutions, developers, investors, blue-chip corporations and high net-worth individuals.   

Responsibilities:

• Contract administration
• Project Management
• Dilapidations (Tenant & Landlord)
• Building surveys
• Schedule of condition
• Party wall matters
• Technical due diligence
• Planned maintenance programmes
• Refurbishment & Fit out

About the Graduate Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• 12 months minimum private practice experience
• Started APC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
