Project Manager - Birmingham

Our clients are an independent, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices based in the West Midlands, London & the South Coast. They provide a range of cost consultancy and project management services throughout various sectors. They are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Birmingham.

They are looking for ambitious individuals to play a key part in the long-term growth of the company whilst being responsible for managing a variety of projects throughout the West Midlands.  

Requirements:
- Relevant construction related degree
-MRICS or desire to become chartered
-Good IT literacy
-Excellent standards of numeracy and literacy skills
-Ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with members of the design team
-Capable of working to strict targets and timescales
-Robust and strong attitude to negotiations with contractors
-Ability to challenge designs and suggest sustainable alternative economic design solutions, and communicate with design team
-At least 3 years' experience of Project Management that will demonstrate the duties can be carried out as stated
