Client Details
This pan-European industrial and logistics development company are currently looking to recruit a German or French speaking Analyst to assist the senior team in the UK, German and French markets. Backed by significant capital my client is expanding across Europe and full project exposure will be given to the successful candidate.
Description
Screening and analysis of new development and investment opportunities. Modify and build financial models for industrial & logistics developments. Preparing investment and development cash flow models from scratch to underwrite industrial real estate acquisitions for the Directors. Advise Project Development teams on the financial impacts of changes to project assumptions.Profile
The successful candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in a real estate (or relevant) modelling role and be able to competently articulate financial outputs to audiences within the business. Fluency in either French or German is required.
