Assistant Estates Surveyor - Cheshire - APC Training

Well known, highly successful, national property company requires an assistant level commercial surveyor to join and work in the business Estates Management team. The role will initially support the Senior Property Manager & Property Director, with a view to obtaining full autonomy quickly. The key elements of the post will be to manage the retained commercial property portfolio, which includes office and industrial properties. The role will include dealing with enquiries, arranging/attending viewings, negotiating leases, preparing Heads of Terms, ensuring appropriate documentation is recorded and filed accurately, monitoring rental incomes & expenditure and reporting against targets; assisting with rent reviews/lease renewals, dilaps, valuations etc. Applicants MUST have at least 12 Months+ practical commercial surveying experience. Salary circa £24 - £28,000 + Car Allowance, DOE. APC training provided where necessary. Cheshire area based. Drivers licence essential.
