Your new company is an established client side organisations with a range of unique and diverse properties across the UK. The team for the North West is based in central Manchester, with an ambitious and motivated team running things. Due to increased workload they are now looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager.
Your new role
In your new role you will form a key part of the lettings team, supporting the lettings manager with a range of duties. You will be involved in the full transaction process, handling negotiations and offers. You will also support the team with marketing properties, viewing's & interest and support the wider property and asset management teams. You will also tasked with sealing deals and grabbing any opportunities that could positively impact the team and wider business. The portfolio you will be responsible for large and diverse, with lots of opportunity to impress and develop your skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need to come from a strong real estate background having a broad range of lettings experience. You need to have agency experience and be commercially minded. ideally you will also have real estate qualifications or extensive experience.
