Regional Estates Manager - Client Side (Home-Based)

Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently working alongside a leading UK property holder with a significant property asset base across the UK. The organisation focuses on industrial type property and has been going a significant period of growth and transformation. Due to this, there is now an opportunity for an experienced Estates Manager to lead on managing a large portfolio across the South of England.

Working from home with occasional travel to HQ in the Midlands, the role will be responsible for all aspects of property and asset management. This included acquisitions, disposals, rent renewals, lease reviews, re-gears and broader property management issues. There is a wide scope within the role, the business is keen to work with a motivated individual who is capable of adding value and maximising utilisation of the portfolio.

To be considered, it's important that you are an experienced estates manager with a background in property or asset management. All industry backgrounds will be considered, however experience within industrial would be an advantage. The client is keen that the successful applicant is an MRICS surveyor with strong interpersonal skills.
