Your new company
You will work for a client side organisation based in Nottinghamshire.
Your new role
You will work for a client side organisation managing their estates and facilities across their portfolio of properties. You will work with retail, warehouse and industrial properties. You will manage their facilities, leases and organise any contractors required to carry out maintenance on the properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in property management, as well as being able to self manage. You will have experience in L+T work and be keen to work in a fun and caring environment.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary of £30000 to £40000 as well as other benefits.
