Salary: £30k- £40k

An excellent career opportunity has presented itself for an ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyor to join a Cost Management Consultancy working on exciting projects within the Residential and Commercial sector. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your career, work autonomously and join a diverse, innovative consultancy in Manchester who are growing rapidly, offering work that varies in size and complexity.

As a Quantity Surveyor joining the team, you will be working on projects through the whole construction cycle, gaining excellent exposure across all cost management within the construction phases. Candidates with strong post contract and JCT experience are of strong interest for this position. You will be working closely with the client, liaising with them throughout and keeping the high standards that are expected through the entirety of the projects.

Candidates with a track-record of residential and commercial projects are of great interest. A hands- on attitude, working confidently independently as well as part of a team is vital within this position.
