Interim Estates Surveyor

I am currently working on an interim Estates Surveyor role with a longstanding local authority client in the North East of England.

The Job

As an Interim Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing wide-ranging property and valuation advice to the Council and to undertake all aspects of land and property general practice work in relation to the management of the asset portfolio which is valued at around £80 million.

Key Experience Required:

• To be a hardworking and punctual individual and be able to efficiently work in the Estates team.
• Previous experience of Estate Surveying, Landlord and Tenant, Rent Reviews, Lease Reviews, and Valuations, preferably within Local Authorities.
• Education to Degree level or equivalent in property-related discipline, as well as this they must be MRIC's qualified.

Contract

The position will be for an initial 3 month period with a scope for an extension.

Working arrangements will be completely remote working with 1 or 2 days a month required for site visits.

The contract will pay roughly £35-£40 LTD Per Hour.
