Niche commercial property management business, based in Manchester, are seeking an additional pair of hands to join the team. This organisation have a truly enviable client base and are instructed to manage a mixed commercial portfolio of solely grade A properties. The role would suit a professional part way through their MRICS APC, (although recently qualified professionals are also welcomed to apply). APC training will be provided where needed, albeit applicants MUST have at least 12-18 months experience managing commercial properties (essential!). The successful candidate will be involved in a mix of service charge budgeting & accounting, rent (and other collections) and debt recovery, lease and other transactions, lease admin, inspections, insurance matters, customer experience etc. The portfolio is predominantly based around the North West.
