Your new role
You will work as a Planned Works Manager, based in the East Midlands. You will use your technical skills to allow the planned repairs team to work on their portfolio and develop these schemes, as well as building a maintenance programme for the new schemes they are about to introduce. You will also work with an acquisitions and disposals scheme, alongside the Asset team, to ensure the programme runs smoothly, as well as to agreed timescales and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in assets and maintenance, ideally within housing, as well as planned works experience. You will be keen to work for a business that offers progression and development, as well as one of the best places to work!
