Your new company
You will work for a leading house builder who operate across the UK. They work with new luxury homes and have been operating for over 30 years.
Your new role
You will work as a Land and Technical Officer based in the East Midlands. You will work alongside the Development Manager, securing new sites, and working on the process from inception to completion. You will liaise with solicitors, land owners, contractors and other consultants to ensure the process is moved quickly and to timescales.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in land acquisitions as well as liaising with legal, and others. You will have knowledge of different Section approvals i.e. S38 and S104. You will have a technical background and a strong understanding in new build housing.
