Seeking a Strategic Land Manager for a well established and reputable property company.  The successful candidate will take responsibility for evolving our client’s current approach to strategic land promotion and develop a holistic approach across their existing portfolio as well as new opportunities.

To be considered you will have experience in the following areas:

  • RICS or RTPI, with a demonstrable track record of planning, promotion and management of green field development projects.
  • Experience of post qualification experience of residential and commercial planning and development projects.
  • Proven track record of the development process including leadership of team and a commercial approach to maximising returns.
  • Strong understanding of the financial and legal aspects of development opportunities, including the formation of joint ventures.
