Job Details
To be considered you will have experience in the following areas:
- RICS or RTPI, with a demonstrable track record of planning, promotion and management of green field development projects.
- Experience of post qualification experience of residential and commercial planning and development projects.
- Proven track record of the development process including leadership of team and a commercial approach to maximising returns.
- Strong understanding of the financial and legal aspects of development opportunities, including the formation of joint ventures.
