This small business is seeking a senior level commercial property management surveyor who has experience managing their own caseload of clients and mixed-use properties across London and the Home Counties.

Your new role

Senior Surveyor / Associate MRICS Commercial Property Manager

This is a senior level management role with the successful candidate managing their own caseload of commercial assets, you will be require to carry out end to end property management which will include landlord & tenant matters, service charge management, rent collections, debt management, planned and reactive maintenance, elements of facilities management, client reporting and attend site visits.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS - Preferable but not essential

A proven track record of working independently and within a team environment managing a variety of commercial assets. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, service charge knowledge, the ability to manage reconciliations, client facing and hold report writing skills. Technical surveying skills are essential to perform this role.
