As an experienced Project Delivery Manager you will join a leading provider of building maintenance and facilities for critical services within the public sector.
Your new role
Your role will involve the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of building works valued at under £15,000, these could include both M&E and building fabric works. You will be involved in reviewing cost estimates from contractors for plans, labour and materials, ensuring contractor key performance indicators are met, and ensuring works are completed in line with statutory legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will ideally have worked within a project delivery role on the client-side, either for a public sector organisation or direct works team. You will need to have prior experience in delivery of a high volume of small works, running multiple projects simultaneously. In order to be considered for this position you will need to possess an HNC in either M&E Engineering or Construction, or a similar equivalent qualification.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a permanent contract paying £39,000 alongside a wide range of additional employment benefits including access to a pension scheme and generous annual leave.
