Building Surveyor

Permanent Full Time Chartered Building Surveying Position based in South West London

Your new company
Your new company is a family business based i south west London. They are high growth SME with a friendly team in a bright and modern office. They provide residential surveying services such as: building surveys, party wall, valuation, dilapidation's, project management and property management.

Your new role
They're looking for a Building Surveyor (with an RICS-accredited degree), preferably chartered under RICS or AssocRICS, who can do building surveys and, ideally, valuation (Red Book). To help support with the growing volume of work.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role the candidate must:

• Be able to conduct full building surveys on residential properties and should ideally have some years' experience in doing so.
• Have knowledge of construction needs to be of a high standard to recognise good workmanship and how to fix defects
• Must have good organisational skills, excellent spoken and written Standard English, and a friendly and professional attitude.
• Must be capable of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
