Chartered Building Surveyor – Property and Construction Consultancy – The City - £65k

A property and construction consultancy, based in The City, is looking to add a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to their team. This consultancy is long established and has been providing excellent service to an impressive line-up of clients for over 40 years. This multi-disciplinary consultancy works out of smart offices and works across a range of sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure.

You would be coming on board to work on various projects, but with a focus on commercial work. Ideally you will be Chartered, with several years’ experience in a consultancy environment and be skilled across a full suite of Building Surveying skills on both project and professional work. This should include Dilaps, Due Diligence, and project management.

The team works with a range of interesting clients from major global blue-chips to London Livery companies. You will enjoy a large level of autonomy and ownership of projects and be first point of contact with clients. A great opportunity for a Building Surveyor tired of large corporate life, but wanting to join a highly professional, friendly team of talented Building Surveyors

Requirements:

• MRICS - Ideally 2 years PQE or similar experience
• Traditional all round skill set
• Dilapidations
• Happy to be Client- Facing

Salary:

• £50 - £65k
