Job Details

A growing Construction Consultancy, who are based in West Birmingham, are now seeking a confident and hands on Quantity Surveyor, to join their strong team.

The Quantity Surveyor will be immediately working on new projects within the Industrial and Residential sectors.

The successful Quantity Surveyor, will be joining a team who have a proven track record of supporting award winning projects. The Director runs a team of 7 Quantity Surveyors who actively drive for success for the business.

The Company

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation who have been consulting on exceptional projects for the past 35 years.

The organisation are currently working from home, but will offer flexible office/home days when things go back to some normality.

This established Consultancy continue to make it clear that their employees development is at the forefront of their business decisions and Quantity Surveyors are actively encouraged to become MRICS.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 3 post graduate years work experience, including;

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS
  • Or on APC route
  • Industrial experience
  • Consultancy background
  • Pre & Post contract handling
