An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join an award winning multi-discipline practice in Hereford.

My client is looking for a talented Senior Building Surveyor to lead their Hereford office with the view to becoming a Partner. The dynamic practice dominates the built environment within the local area. They are a professional and passionate team of construction experts who have a strong emphasis on delivering high levels of service.

The role is to lead the Hereford office working alongside the Head of Building Consultancy. The office has a healthy pipeline of instructions through existing clients and other service lines within the practice. You will be tasked with developing the present and new client portfolio, whilst spotting new business opportunities.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will grow and strengthen the team with the addition of further surveyors. You will be involved in the recruitment and interview process from inception to completion.

About the Senior Building Surveyor:

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Business development experience
• Client management skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Full UK driver’s licence
