Head of Commercial Building Surveying - North West England

I'm currently working with a very exciting, progressive and growing Building Consultancy, with offices in Manchester and the North West of England, who are looking to add an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join as Head of Commercial Building Consultancy in one of their North West Offices.

You would be coming onboard to manage a small team and lead the commercial building surveying service line, you will be taking on a busy existing pipeline of work as well as developing the offering further and growing an already thriving team.

Ideally you will be Chartered, but experience trumps all. You will have a strong all round building surveying skill set and be happy working across professional and project work.
