You would be brought in to help grow and manage a team within a medium sized consultancy that is going through some exciting changes.

This particular team is made up of 8 people and the current Director is looking for a number 2 that has the drive and ambition to help the natural growth, he has big plans for the future and with his current pipeline of work he needs the right person in place next to him.

His team specialise in commercial developments and data centres, he’s currently working with some of the largest data centre clients out there such as Ark and Equinix, he has won projects all over Europe and has just landed a large one in the UK.

The commercial projects will always be a solid foundation of this team with values anywhere from £20m to £300m, but the Director understands the data centre world is only growing and feels he is in a good position to capitalise on that.

With his plans to grow this team you would have a big part to play in future recruitment, making sure that the people you bring in have the right skills and the fit the forward-thinking culture that he has already created.

Business development would be part of this role but with a lot of their work coming to them the priority is management, delivery, and strategic decisions.

There would of course be flexibility with this opportunity to work from home, even pre COVID-19 this company was always lenient.
