Interim Property Manager job managing a commercial mixed use portfolio. Part Time possible

Your new role
You will look after all commercial property management matters, leases, insurances, service charges, landlord and tenant matters, H&S and compliance. This is a broad general property management role, managing some large developments and individual properties for a range of clients in retail, industrial, office and healthcare.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MRICS qualified, but you will also have good property management expertise, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.

What you'll get in return
This is an interim rile, which could develop into a longer term arrangement for the right individual and is available full or part time.
