Your new company
Your new company is an established name within the industry of Facilities Management. You will be part an experienced team that is driven by the desire to provide the best service to a variety of clients over numerous sectors with the best value and sustainable approach in mind. You will be involved in supporting the total FM of the site.
Your new role
You will manage a team of site based direct reports, ensuring you champion excellent service for your client. Your team will have a variety of skill sets from engineers to cleaners to ensure that the total FM is delivered to a high standard, in line with agreed contract SLA's.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a relevant Facilities Management qualification, or relevant past experience within FM delivery. Experience with total FM is preferred but candidates with a strong Hard FM knowledge may also be considered.
You must also be able to develop strong working relationships with your client and your team; as your success isn't deemed solely on KPI's but also how you can work and support your colleagues and client.
