Carriera has been entrusted to secure an assistant project manager for one of the best property consultancies in Oxford.

About the client;

Our client is a well-established property consultancy who have a strong network of offices throughout the UK. The team is 17 strong, consisting of partners, associates, senior project managers, project managers and assistants. They provide a number of different services including, project management, building surveying, architecture, estate management and more. Project values range from £5 million to £70 million.

About the role;

As the business continues to grow and take on larger and more complex projects, they are in need of an Assistant Project Manager to help support the service line. You will be working alongside senior team members so it’s essential that you can communicate effectively. Current projects which are underway include a £35 million higher education facility and a £30 million technology building.

About you:

You will have a construction related degree and will have experience working for a consultancy or in a client-side role. You will have experience of working on small to large scale projects and should have a good understanding of the project life cycle.

Although not essential it would be useful to have experience within the education, residential, mixed use, and science and technology sectors.
