Property Manager job in Sheffield, Senior job for public sector organisation

A recently re-organised public sector and blue light organisation, which is looking to align it's property portfolio and can offer and excellent working environment.

Your new role
This is initially 12 months fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for project management, asset valuations, lease negotiations and management, property management, contractor management, compliance and health and safety and all aspects of commercial property and asset management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need MRICS or FRICS status as a Chartered Surveyor, and experience of delivering the range of hands on and strategic property and asset management functions. You will manage and mentor other members of staff.
