Your new role
You will take the job of Estates Surveyor in a busy and friendly team of surveying professionals, taking responsibility for all property and asset management functions. You will get involved in Acquisitions, Lease advisory, Rent, service charge and insurance management, Rates management, Disposals, Dilapidations, Projects, Managing consultants & suppliers so this is a wide ranging, varied technical role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have MRICS status as a chartered surveyor with RICS and a strong commercial property background. Ideally you will have a passion for industrial property and driving value. You should have a can-do attitude, and an empathetic approach, building positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
