Job Details
We are currently recruiting for a Development Manager on behalf of our client, where you will be supporting the Senior Development Manager in the delivery of high quality, mixed use, large-scale development schemes.
As the Development Manager you will be responsible of all aspects of the new and current schemes including land sale, contract negotiation, appraisals, planning, feasibility, delivery, and handover.
Skills and experience required:
- Acquisition or disposal of property / land;
- Planning and development experience;
- Ideally MRICS qualified;
- Experience from either a house builder, developer, or agency environment.
The role is based in London; however, you will be expected to travel to other sites. Our client also offers a generous benefit package.
